It's been a long time since i've watched a movie..And to all who recommended this film, thank you thank you! i had so much FUN watching it!
Gosh it's left such an effect on me i feel like interviewing to be an editor for Elle/Vogue..even Her World or Style: but i'll probably be given a scathing look by the interviewer who's gonna tell me i'm not wearing the right shoes, so forget it..Haha.
I seriously doubt my medical education is gonna get me anywhere near the doors of the fashion industry! But fashion is such a transient, ever-changing, fickle thing..i doubt you can ever find true happiness chasing it all the time. Heh but then again, there's no harm getting a kick (however short-lived) hankering after the latest Hermes bag or jimmy choos right? ;)

Right now however, my income (er, what income?) only allows me to 'OOoh' and 'Aaah' over the piles and racks of clothes, jackets, shoes, belts, scarves... Sigh, Anne Hathaway looks like such a darling in those clothes..And Meryl Streep is amazing as the bitchy boss Miranda Priestly! Haha the movie's got tons of funny quotes too!

'You are in desperate need of chanel.'

'You sold your soul to the devil when you put on your first pair of Jimmy Choo's!'

'I'm one stomach flu away from reaching my goal weight.'

'Doesn't anybody around here eat?' 'Not since two is the new four and zero is the new two.' 'Well, I'm a six...' 'Aha, the new fourteen.'

So silly, yet so funny, but pretty sad at the same time.. Not sure whether to pity us girls or just laugh at our strange antics!
